Lol, awesome Select the mesh you would like to stretch. If you only want the stretch on some of the mesh, select the vertex. Animation > create deformers > nonlinear > squash You will now see a deformer. Parent the deformer to the rigs main remote. When you open the deformers attributes (select the deformer, Ctrl A), you will find a whole bunch of sliders. The slider that says "factor" will create the stretch that the monty rig has. You then connect a stretch remote to the "factor" slider using the connection editor. Hope that helps Otherwise, here is where I got the rig [link] You can break it down and play around with the rig.
Ohhhhh wow wow.. i have forgoten so badly the deformers, nice nice, an locator parented to the joint that rotates whit the head and ready and also a ctrl or an attrib for contrl the squash directly.. nice nice...

to pick an object an put it in other place, like that one of the apucuntore u have, i kind of know (i have a tutorial) for contrains to do that.. what is your trick?..
