Lol, awesome Select the mesh you would like to stretch. If you only want the stretch on some of the mesh, select the vertex. Animation > create deformers > nonlinear > squash You will now see a deformer. Parent the deformer to the rigs main remote. When you open the deformers attributes (select the deformer, Ctrl A), you will find a whole bunch of sliders. The slider that says "factor" will create the stretch that the monty rig has. You then connect a stretch remote to the "factor" slider using the connection editor. Hope that helps Otherwise, here is where I got the rig [link] You can break it down and play around with the rig.
Ohhhhh wow wow.. i have forgoten so badly the deformers, nice nice, an locator parented to the joint that rotates whit the head and ready and also a ctrl or an attrib for contrl the squash directly.. nice nice...
know i would like to ask more and more stuff! xDDDD but thanks a lot, im gona use the squash for cartoony effects!.. Thanks!!!
@00:04Hey, that's pretty nice and bouncy. On the second jump I feel like he's on the wall a little bit too long. You could fix that any number of ways. Even just having him slide down or start to fall would really help it. But otherwise yeah, it works.
@00:04Thanks for the comment Yea I found the second jump a bit tricky. It was a balance between contact position and momentum. When I had it faster, it lost its contact position, which looked like it bounced instead of bound, where sliding felt like it lost the momentum needed for the distance. Anyway, practice practice
